FAQ


  1. Can I just pay you to give me the card?   Answer: No
  2.  I require an ADA accommodation for a physical disability. Can I still get certified?  Answer: Yes! I make every effort to accommodate a variety of physical disabilities. We do require a 7 day advanced notice.
  3. How long after I complete the class will I receive my card?   Answer: 12-24 hours 
  4. What is your cancellation/refund policy? Answer: We will reschedule any class to a later date with as little as 48-hour notice. No call/no show forfeits your registration fee regardless. We will refund your class, should you need to cancel within 5 days of the class, minus a $10 service fee.
  5. I have a group of people that need certification. Can you travel to us?  Answer: Absolutely
  6. How will I receive my card?  Answer: You will receive your card electronically to the email address you provide. The email will come from ecards.heart.org/. AHA no longer gives paper cards. 
  7. Do I need a Provider Manual for the class?  Answer: Yes, you are required to have a manual. However, if you don't have a manual you can purchase one from me, or buy the digital version yourself!
